PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order on the website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Holiday retains the right to refuse any purchase request made by you, and reserves the right to close your account at it’s discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.
By placing an order on the website you must:
- Be legally capable of entering into a legal contract
- Ensure that all the details you provide to us are accurate
- Ensure that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

SALE CONTRACT

You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed an order on the website. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contact with us regarding the order.
The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement.
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD).

DISCOUNTS / SPECIAL OFFERS

Occasionally, we may provide special offers and / or discounts relating to certain items on the website. The conditions of use relating to any special offer offers and/or discounts are as follows:
- Special offers and/or discounts are only valid for the time frame specified at the time of issue.
- Special offers and/or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer/discount.
- Special offers and/or discounts cannot be backdated or extended past the time frame specified at the time of issue.
- We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and/or discounts at any time, without warning.
- We reserve the right to dishonour expired or inactive special offers and / or discount codes.

COMPETITION & GIVEAWAYS

1. Instagram Giveaways. Instagram Giveaways are open to participants who are 18 years of age or older. There is no limit to the number of entries. Competition eligibility dates are advised on each individual post. Entries received after the competition closes will not be eligible. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where the competition was held within 72 hours of the competition closing. Winners will also be tagged on the original competition post where applicable. Winners will be sent the prize as stated in the individual post. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

2. Competitions: Meta and website competitions are open to participants who are 18 years of age or older. Competition eligibility dates are advised on each individual competition page. Entries received after the competition closes will not be eligible. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via email within 72 hours of the competition closing. Winners will also be listed on this page. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform where it is held. By providing your email address, you are signing up to Holiday's database and consenting to receiving marketing communications. You can opt out at any time.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices stated on the website apply to all orders made through the website. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Delivery costs will be charged in addition.
Any additional charges will be clearly displayed in the “Total Cost” section at checkout.
Holiday has the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appear on the website.
If the incorrect information has been specified for an item you have purchased, Holiday will notify you of this error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) working days, we will cancel the order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All sales are subject to our Shipping Policy.

LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

We are not responsible for and disclaim all liability for loss, damage or personal injury which may be suffered by you or any third party (or company), as a result of access or use of the Holiday Trading & Co website.
We make no warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials made available. We do not warrant that:

- This website will be continuously available, or
- The information on this website is true, non-misleading or accurate.
- Any information on the website should not be considered as Holiday Trading & Co giving advice of any kind.

PROHIBITION ON RESALE

Holiday Trading & Co reserves the right to limit the quantities of product sold as it sees fit. It is a condition of this Agreement that you do not purchase any products for the purpose of using, selling or supplying them as part of a commercial business. This includes using our products to advertise or promote your own goods or services unless you have our prior written consent. Customers wishing to be a stockist of Holiday Trading & Co products must contact us directly, where they will be informed of the options available to buy higher quantities.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

From time to time Holiday Trading & Co has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the “apply” button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise specified each promotional code may only be used once per customer.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.

FAULTY POLICY

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will, in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, happily replace it or refund the cost. Please see our Returns Policy for further information. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

From time to time down-time, either scheduled or unscheduled, may occur. Holiday will work within reason to ensure the amount of down-time is limited. Holiday will not be held liable for the consequences of any down-time.

TRADEMARKS

The trademarks, names and logos (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on the website are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Holiday, and Holiday Trading & Co. Prior written permission from Holiday is required for use of any trademark, image or video from on the website.

COMPETITIONS

We run competitions and contests on our Website and Social Media in which we may ask for subscription email information and membership. The terms and conditions of each promotion is at the discretion of Holiday Trading & Co and are subject to change.

SEVERABILITY

If any clause or part of a clause is illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that clause or part is to be treated as removed from this Agreement, but the rest of this agreement is not affected.

LAWS & DISPUTES

These terms and conditions are in accordance with Australian laws
In the event of a dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, we will comply with the decision of the corresponding authority in the respective country.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect and use the information for purposes including:

- if you have ordered goods from us, to fulfill that order;
- to contact and communicate with you;

- for market research and business development including website development and gauging website traffic and trends;
